The International Union Against Cancer

The International Union Against Cancer (UICC) is the leading non-governmental organisation dedicated to the global prevention and control of cancer.

They have released a World Cancer Declaration in order to help bring the growing cancer crisis to the attention of government leaders and health policymakers in order to significantly reduce the global cancer burden by 2020.

Young adults are part of this crisis and we encourage you to visit the UICC website and sign the declaration. There are 11 targets they would like to reach by 2020 and with your help, they can be achieved!
